3:30 AM to 4:15 AM: Malar Nivedyam (മലർ നിവേദ്യം), Alankaram (അലങ്കാരം)
4:15 AM to 4:30 AM: Usha Nivedyam (ഉഷ നിവേദ്യം)
4:30 AM to 6:15 AM: Ethirettu Pooja followed by Usha Pooja (എതിരേറ്റു പൂജ. ശേഷം ഉഷ പൂജ)

6:00 PM to 6:45 PM: Deeparadhana (ദീപാരാധന)
7:30 PM to 7:45 PM: Athazha Pooja Nivedyam (അത്താഴ പൂജ നിവേദ്യം)
7:45 PM to 8:15 PM: Athazha Pooja (അത്താഴ പൂജ)

9:15 PM: The Sreekovil closes. On days with Special Illuminations (Vilakku), Thrippuka is performed afterward. The Sreekovil closes after Thrippuka. Following this, Krishnanattam, a traditional dance-drama depicting the life of Lord Krishna, is performed on designated days.

Marriages at Guruvayur Temple can be conducted between 5 AM and 1 PM, aligning with the Guruvayur Temple Darshan Timings, providing a serene and sacred atmosphere for couples to tie the knot. During the ceremony, the temple offers small tulasi garlands from the mandap as a traditional blessing. The wedding is accompanied by a captivating nadaswaram performance, complemented by the rhythmic beats of thakil and Kuzhithalam, adding to the auspiciousness of the occasion.
Long Wait in Queue is no longer a problem
The Guruvayur Sree Krishna Temple has introduced a virtual queue online darshan booking system on August 4, 2026, on a trial basis. The system permits up to 300 devotees per hour, capping daily access at 2,400 pilgrims to help reduce long physical wait times.
Key Details of the Virtual Queue System
Schedule: Currently active on Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays during the trial phase.
Time Slots: Hourly slots available from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Booking Limits: Up to six people can be added under a single reservation.
Access Point: A dedicated entry line is set up at the northern end of the queue complex near East Nada.
